1. Overview & Agreement

By accessing the Dhovo Q website, mobile application, or scheduling a doorstep laundry pickup, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Dhovo Q provides professional laundry, wet cleaning, dry cleaning, steam ironing, and shoe care services across designated serviceable zones in Jodhpur.

2. Doorstep Pickup & Barcode Tagging

Our authorized logistics riders will pick up your garments at the requested address and time slot. At pickup, every single garment is counted and tagged with an individual scannable waterproof barcode tag.

• Customers are requested to check all pockets and remove cash, jewelry, and personal items prior to handover. Dhovo Q is not liable for items left inside garment pockets.
• Pre-existing damages, tears, or color bleeding will be noted during digital inspection and communicated via SMS/WhatsApp or order status.

3. Fabric Care & Processing

We adhere strictly to international textile care labels provided by garment manufacturers. For items lacking care labels, standard gentle wash and steam press protocols will be applied. While we use specialized stain treatments, complete removal of stubborn, old, or chemical stains cannot be guaranteed without risking fiber degradation.

4. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Standard service turnaround is approximately 48 hours from workshop receipt. Express rush orders are prioritized for 24-hour delivery.

Deliveries will be made to the registered address. In the event the customer is unavailable, a re-attempt will be scheduled in coordination with our support helpline.

5. Pricing & Payments

All service rates are transparently published in our app and web catalog. Payment can be fulfilled via Cash on Delivery, instant UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Netbanking. Orders above ₹499 enjoy 100% free doorstep pickup and delivery.
